One-Time Fee for New Clients

The Signature Package is perfect for most clients, both new-to-cruising and veteran luxury cruise travelers. My service is for luxury cruises with price points starting at approximately $10,000 per couple or $7,000 per solo traveler.
The Signature Package includes the planning and booking services you need for an exceptional, professionally guided luxury cruise experience from start to finish, whether you already know exactly what you want and are ready to book, or would like help choosing your ship, itinerary, and cruise details.
I welcome new clients. For first time Bluetail Travel clients, your one-time fee covers a consultation about your travel style and goals, the creation of your personal traveler profile(s), research of your ideal cruise line, ship, and itinerary, presentation of your tailored proposal with options, professional booking of your selected cruise, plus all of the Signature Package services and perks outlined in the section below ("Details of the Signature Package").
For your future cruise reservations, or for friends and family joining existing clients on a cruise, my planning fee for the Essentials Package is typically waived.

The Custom Itinerary Package includes everything in the Signature Package, plus a customized extended land journey.
This package is for you if you are looking to plan a complex or longer, custom land itinerary before or after your luxury cruise.
The planning fee will be based on the complexity and length of your itinerary, and will be quoted upfront during your complimentary consultation.
